Job description

Do you value helping & teaching children? Are you interested in acquiring new skills and knowledge to improve the lives of children with autism and related disabilities? If you answered YES, come learn about the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and how it can make an everlasting impact in a child’s life. In this growing world, 1:40 children are diagnosed with autism. With early intervention, these children can grow to have amazing futures. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), not only will you be given the tools necessary to improve a child’s life, but you will be a part of a fantastic team of other RBT’s with the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Some of our very best employees and managers were in your shoes when they started, and ALL of our directors started as front-line workers like you- an unheard-of statistic!

Join our awesome team and receive support, mentorship, and PAID TRAINING to become an RBT! The process is easy and fast, simply submit your resume and we will contact you to schedule an interview within 1-2 business days, often on the same day.

Pay, Perks, and Experience:

There is no experience necessary to apply and ALL training is paid. We have positions available from 15-30 hours per week with hourly income ranging between $17.00-$21.00 an hour depending on experience and competency. Upon successful completion of your RBT certification, you will enter a performance based 3 level pay system from which subsequent earnings are determined.

Full-time employees will also receive full benefits including:

  • Paid time off/Holiday pay
  • Vacation

  • Sick days
  • Paid ongoing trainings
  • 401k Retirement

What is an RBT?

The RBT is a critical member of the child’s behavior treatment team. In each child's ABA therapy program, the RBT helps children improve their communication and language skills, teach them to socialize and play, help them gain greater levels of independence, and assist them as they develop the skills they need to determine and shape their own futures at our center-based programs located in Rancho Cordova and Natomas.

By providing high quality ABA therapy services, RBTs help clients learn skills that put them on a path toward living fuller and more engaging lives. RBTs work directly with our clients and receive close and supportive supervision and mentorship from our BCBAs.
