Job Title: Workday Configuration Analyst

Reports to: Workday Application Manager

Status: Full-time

Compensation: $90-135K Annual Salary

Position Summary

The Workday Configuration Analyst manages, maintains and supports Workday configuration and data management activities. Responsible for configuration in Workday, troubleshooting and issue investigation. Will perform testing for configuration changes and executing content changes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Workday modules as needed – Payroll and Absence required
• Performs configuration analysis and design
• Works closely with Application Manager to implement designed solutions
• Tests configuration solutions
• Provides content configuration such as help text, notifications, etc.
• Updates fields in Workday
• Understands impact of field updates across the system
• Plans setup and executes mass data updates through EIB process
• Troubleshoots issues in Workday and resolves
• Creates and maintains security policy set forth by IT security and/or Application Manager
• Implements Workday security in accordance with policy

Educational Qualifications/Job Experience Requirements

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Workday configuration
• Payroll and Absence Module experience required
• Prior experience with systems implementations, data analysis, and project management

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Schedule:

• Regular weekly schedule M-F; weekends or holidays as needed

Travel: <5%
