Job Description and Requirements
We are currently seeking a talented Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst II to join our growing team. This will be a work from home position. All applicants must reside within the State of Texas and have the capability of performing all of the work from their home in Texas.
The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst II will assist in the execution of the third-party risk management process, aid in the on-boarding of new vendors by assessing inherent risk and establishing the vendors in the risk management system, Ncontracts. In addition, the TPRM Analyst will aid in the contract workflow to determine required reviews and serve as a backup for TPRM Analysts as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Collect documentation for vendors during the contract workflow process and upload to the contract workflow system.
  • Assign risk ratings to incoming contracts and determine the appropriate approver, as well as initiate due diligence requests for new contracts, when appropriate.
  • Utilize vendor management system to document risk ratings on all vendors.
  • Assess inherent risk on vendors. Must be able to think analytically and critically to adjust risk assessment ratings as warranted by vendor specifics.
  • Develop positive working relationships with relationship managers to maintain an open environment for collaboration, solving issues, assessing risk and remediation, when applicable.
  • Aid relationship managers with ongoing documentation regarding vendor risk, vendor alerts and status changes.
  • Serve as backup for TPRM Analysts, as needed.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • 3-5 years of experience with contracts, TPRM, vendor process or within a financial institution.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Complete quarterly compliance training as required.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and develop creative solutions to support business needs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, OnBase, Work Front; Ncontracts is preferred, but not required.
