Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Partners with the surgeons, hospital staff and implant team, help drive system utilization by determining the appropriate program elements to meet the needs of the hospitals’ patient population and local market.- Leads surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the OptiVu Mixed Reality (MR) Platform.
- OptiVu Mixed Reality (MR) Platform expert and procedure expert.
- OptiVu Mixed Reality (MR) Platform procedural support.
- Partners with the Territory GMs/Distributors, and their respective leadership, work to develop an account development plan tailored to the local market.
- During periodic OptiVu Mixed Reality (MR) Platform program review meetings with hospital administration and surgeons, provides relevant data and analysis to drive feedback and recommendations aimed at helping the hospital meet its established goals.
- Leads surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the OptiVu Mixed Reality (MR) Platform.
- Works with the local implant team to increase procedure volume by expanding OptiVu Mixed Reality (MR) Platform users.
- Supports advance technology upgrades.
- Provides onsite support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness.
- Responsible for key administration duties.
Expected Areas of Competence
• Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances. • Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA).- Provide product feedback and improvements to R&D
- Attend product trade shows and annual trainings as needed
Education/Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required- Minimum of seven years of experience of clinical sales experience or one year of robotic clinical sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving strong results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong presentation skills

Compensation range: $140000 - 160000 USD Per Hour
