Summary

The Senior Manager of Performance Development will oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and communications strategy and execution for a 100-person inbound and outbound sales and service contact center called the Care Connection Team (CCT). This leader will need strategic vision, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience building and delivering sales and operational training. This is a critical role with a large team that is now working fully remote, making clear communications and effective virtual training even more critical. This leader will report to the VP of Patient Experience who oversees the CCT and may adjunct support the Chief Performance Officer who oversees all ClearChoice training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Recruiting Strategy, execution and organization for the CCT.
  • Lead Communication Strategy, execution, and organization for the CCT.
  • Full ownership over CCT Training Strategy to drive Performance and Culture for Agents and Supervisors; includes structuring an approach for what to train, when, and how based on business needs.
  • Responsibility for all CCT training materials, including improving upon current resources and building new ones. Experience in instructional design will be required or ability to manage outsourced support to accomplish this.
  • Responsible for delivering CCT trainings that improve our ability to drive improved sales metrics and strong operational process adherence. Previous success in sales training delivery will be critical.
  • Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with the team and others receiving training.
  • Ability to gather and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support and build a team culture that espouses ClearChoice values, promotes diversity and inclusion, and thrives to uplift the lives of our employees and patients.
  • Build strong relationships with both the Care Connection Team to understand training and communication needs and the Performance Team to understand ClearChoice’s proprietary sales training program and best-practices.
  • Provide input and support on sales agent recruiting.
  • Provide input on how to continue to grow and foster a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Direct leader of four full time employees (Training Manager, Recruiting Manager, Content Manager, and Training Specialist).

Desired Experience

  • Proven track record of success in a training leadership role
  • Experience in building and executing strategies, ideally related to training or communications
  • Experience with instructional design and training delivery, ideally for remote workforces
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork and ability to connect with others
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills

Compensation:

  • $100-120,000 commensurate with experience
  • In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for an annual 20% bonus
