Job description
A large and reputable manufacturing organization is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills and have experience developing financial models. Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on current financial status
- Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis
- Compare anticipated and actual results
- Track KPIs and preparing financial reports
- Perform bank entries and reconciliations
- Lead month end close processing
- Conduct General Ledger processing, Chart of Accounts Maintenance, and inventory reconciliation
- Assist in the weekly/monthly/quarterly budget/forecasting process
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance related field – required
- 3 - 5 years’ experience, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry
- Prior supervisory experience would be a plus
