What Can You Expect?
- Our Clarkston patients are early risers, which means we are too! Expect your day to begin at 3:00 am and to balance that out, your day will end earlier as well - typically sometime around 4:00 pm.
- Full Time base schedule of 3 days and minimum of 30 hours a week
- Rotating Schedule will be a minimum of 3 days a week to include rotating Saturday’s with occasional Sunday's based on holidays
- Average days range from 10 to 13 hours shifts depending on patient census
- Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to fully trained PCTs
- Paid Dialysis Training provided
What Do You Have?
- Nursing Experience in a clinical settings for at least 1-year
- Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
- ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
- Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs within a dynamic environment
- Desire to move into Specialty Nursing and join a select group of less than 3% of Nurses!
