At a Watermark Community our community life associate does so much more than what the title reflects. Our community life team comes from a variety of backgrounds including theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning and recreation. We are looking for incredibly talented people who can plan and execute a well-rounded, refined program that will give our residents the opportunity to continue to thrive, no matter what! We are committed to resident health and wellbeing and we want our ideal candidate to support a wellness centered program. For us it is about working with people who take great pride in their work. Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus
• experience in resident programing preferred
• Passion for seniors
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
