Our client is looking for a motivated individual to join the team. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources Department/Recruitment Team to support employment processes. This position is running on a TEMPORARY basis.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18 – $25/hr Dependent on experience

Position Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the new hire process, coordinating HR related paperwork and documents, and sourcing top talent for several departments. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with sourcing and screening candidates from various job boards such as Indeed.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Assist with preparing and distributing new hire paperwork including I-9 verifications and W-4 forms
  • Coordinate drug tests and assist employees with any forms
  • Work closely with hiring manager, scheduling interviews and communicating with potential candidates via phone
  • Develop outreach messages, coordinate communications through email, and preparing offer letters

Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • 2+ years in Human Resources related role
  • Experience using HRIS system such as Workday, Kronos, or Oracle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration is required
