Labor Rocket is a high volume, fast paced staffing and recruiting agency located in Metro Detroit specializing in light industrial manufacturing. Our clients are some of the largest players in the automotive and manufacturing space. Focusing on OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers.

Job Duties:
- Screening lead generated candidates
- Assisting Account Managers with interviews
- On site tours
- Verifying employment documentation
- Onboarding Employees
- Willingness to work in a team environment
Requirements:
- Experience with recruiting in Linkedin, CareerBuilder, Monster and other systems (preferred)
- Looking to thrive in a growing company with lots of room for advancement
- Ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment through demonstrated, proven leadership
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills
- Willing to travel 50% of the time within the Metro Detroit area
- Must feel confident in ability to handle a high volume of positions at one time
