Our client is seeking full-time experienced Project Managers.
The Project Managers are the project leaders that are responsible for safely delivering their projects on time, with the highest quality, and on budget.
They do this as a team effort with the Project Superintendent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Whether for a
Design‐Build GC Project or a Concrete Subcontract ):
Develop comprehensive and complete scopes of work for subcontractors to the client
Direct and coordinate activities to ensure the project is on schedule and within the budgeted scope
Responsible for the
financial success of projects. This includes
very detailed weekly self-performed labor costing and budget control
Develop and maintain a project schedule
Coordinate all aspects of concrete construction with the owner and general contractor including submitting and coordinating all project schedules, pay applications, change orders, submittals, approvals, and RFIs
Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance the company’s ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to field and site superintendents
Represent company/project in meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc., as required
Performs other tasks as provided by Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
Four years of Management or Engineering Degree or, an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience
Thorough and wide-ranging knowledge of concrete-construction, documents, concrete materials, and characteristics, concrete formwork systems, equipment utilization, scheduling and managing subcontractors
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Prolog Manager

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work as a team
