Overview

Jackson Dawson is looking to welcome a Project Coordinator to our team who is comfortable using Microsoft Office and experienced dealing with outside vendors such as commercial airlines, hotel personnel, and other businesses. Ideally, the willingness to do whatever is needed to help execute across multiple programs would make a great fit. This is a fast paced, and dynamic team, with high rewards!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and production of live events, whatever that entail completion of hotel credit card authorization forms and follow-up with hotel for confirmation of receipt
• Research of venues, vendors, deliverables and whatever else is needed and present in a clear, organized manner
• Track and report program metrics as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, deliverables, and performance within necessary systems, (OneNote, Box, Smartsheet, WebEx, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Communicate and coordinate between internal and external vendors and different departments
• Support meetings and events, both online and in person
• Packing of registration tubs, ordering, tracking, and packing supplies for live events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tasks
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis in Excel
• Ability to work under pressure, adaptable in a quick-moving environment
• Ability to work at different locations (i.e., T3 Warehouse, Office, etc.) when necessary
• Requires skillful and logistical thinking and creative problem solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• “Can do” attitude and upbeat personality
• Highly organized
• Ability to completely follow-through on tasks
• Critical thinking and willingness to find and present solutions
• Willingness to learn new skills and do whatever is needed
• Ability to work afterhours/weekends as needed
