Job description
Program Assistant:
Places requisitions for supplies and services, inventory data analysis, word order request, service request, processing petty cash and employee reimbursement forms.
Coordinate all transaction with Accounts Payable and Account Receivables for MSPH including check requests
Knowledge of various technologies including SAP, Excel, Outlook, and delivery tracking system
Communicate with various stakeholders including vendors, Montefiore Medical Group, Montefiore BIS, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED, Associate Degree preferred
- Three (3) years of Materials, Facilities, Inventory and Purchasing experience
- Ability to process, retrieve and analyze data information in SAP, IFIX, Real Estate and IT service, Schleppers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
