As a Product/Project Manager, you’ll be part of the initial team reporting to the Co-founder and CEO. You'll be working alongside the founding team in shaping our product vision, creating the projects roadmap, articulate the project needs, and leading our product organization. Your role is vital in achieving our project goals, laying the foundation for the team, and ensuring the success of the company as we grow.

The ideal candidate can handle all aspects of project management during the early stages of the company and has the passion to become a product leader as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO to define the project vision.
• Define project objectives, scope, resources and timeline.
• Develop a detailed plan with timeline, tasks, milestones, team roles, and budget.
• Lead and manage the project team, ensuring their roles and responsibilities are clear and provide guidance and support.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations and make adjustments to stay on track
• Develop a roadmap aligned with the vision to deliver an engaging product for customers
• Engage with early customers to identify needs, prioritize product features, and refine specifications through iteration
• Identify potential risks and issues, and develop plans to mitigate or address them.
• Ensure project quality by meeting the defined standards and staying within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Foster effective partnerships with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Complete all project deliverables, obtain final approvals, and archive project documentation.
• Establish and track key performance indicators for the product/projects
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including investors, team members, and clients to keep them informed and ensure their needs are met.

Must Have:

• Proven product management experience and a passion for solving customer problems
• Self-starter with the ability to lead projects independently
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and be scrappy in a startup environment
• 2+ years of product management experience with a track record of success
• Experience leading teams in developing and launching a product in a startup
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AI/ML software products
• Experience designing successful first-of-its-kind products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
