Our small family Christian business is on a mission to help kids in need! We are handcrafting premium organic gourmet spice blends that transform boring food into delicious meals. We donate a meal to a child in need for every gift set sold and every 2 large bottles sold by partnering with Hunger Fight here in Jacksonville. We've donated more than 501,000 meals in the last 3 years! We're growing and we need your help to make more spices for our amazing fans. You will be a valuable team player in our successful growth and you'll grow with our team as we become a national spice powerhouse and donate more than 50 million meals to kids in need.

As a full time team member you will earn 7 paid holidays as well as paid time off. Paid time off (vacation) is a full week after the first year, three full weeks from years 5-9, and 4 weeks paid time off after 10 years! This is a huge deal for a small family business to offer for a production team member position.

As a full time team member you will also get full benefits after 90 days which include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance.

We offer a $250 referral bonus for bringing in friends to join the team and there are extra team bonuses in effect as well. We have an affiliate program for you to earn cash for promoting the brand, on the clock paid volunteering events to make and distribute meals to kids in need, weekly company recognition meetings, and happy hours in our game room (complete with: giant connect four, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, giant Jenga, corn hole, and even Skeeball).

We have a weekly team huddle to let everyone have a voice with the whole team every week. We keep everyone up to date with just about all details of the business and we are constantly looking for your advice on how to improve as a company. We hand out a large coin at these meetings to each person, then we go around the room and you give your coin to anyone you would like while announcing why you are giving this person the coin. When you have 10 coins you can then turn them in for a $100 bonus or have us donate the $100 to Hunger Fight (the charity we support to feed kids in need) on your behalf and we will match the donation to equal $200.

The ideal candidate is uber positive, enthusiastic, shares in our mission. Job tasks may include sanitizing bottles, grinding and blending spices, bottling mixed spices, preparing bottles for final packaging, labeling and applying shrink bands to bottles, assembling spice gift sets, and preparing shipments. Everyone on the team works together to help with clean up and set up each day. Most days require being on your feet and producing with the team for the entire day and you may need to lift up to 50 pounds many times per hour, therefore it is important to be physically fit for this position.
