Child Nutrition Manager
The Child Nutrition Manager will assist the Food Service Director in maintaining the food service facility in a condition of operating excellence by managing food preparations at building site in order to provide a quality food service operation and safe environment for all staff, students, and community members.

Training: $23.27/hour
Regular: $24.28/hour (after training period: 4 months)

START & ENDING TIME:
6:45 AM to 2:45 PM
WORKING DAYS PER YEAR:

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
Education/Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent. Vocational technical graduate in food service or related field preferred. State certification in child nutrition level 2 required

Experience:
Three years related supervisory food service experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Three years related supervisory food service experience preferred.
Knowledge of quantity cooking protocol, knowledge of state food health requirements, supervisory skills, demonstrated written and verbal skills, demonstrated record keeping and organizational skills, demonstrated quantity cooking skills, ability to set priorities and to complete tasks and meet deadlines despite constant interruptions.
TESTING REQUIRED:
All job offers from Eden Prairie Schools are conditioned upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and ISD 272 School Board approval. Offers for these positions will also be conditioned upon passing a pre-employment physical abilities test.
