The LFS Group is looking for Merchandise Managers! In this exciting position, you will lead a team of retail merchandisers within major big box retail stores! This is a great opportunity to travel and see new places with overnight travel incorporated into the schedule. Includes 4 weeks of overnight travel per schedule.
This position will be responsible for the assigned geographic area, including the development, growth, management, and execution of all merchandising business.

• 7:00am to 3:00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving to your assigned location in your personal vehicle (Must have reliable transportation)
• Check-in and out with the Project Manager when you arrive and before you leave the site each day
• Retail/Commercial experience a plus!
• Must pay attention to the details and understand their importance
• Be able to Print and Place pricing labels per the specific project details
• Job may consist of assembling and disassembling of promotional materials such as signs, banners, and cardboard displays or rearranging materials on a commercial job site per what the project requires

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Managing a team of retail merchandisers
• Install gondolas, signs, racks, showcases, cabinets, etc.
• Work closely with fixture installers, Superintendents, Project Managers, and personnel from retail stores, subcontractors, and other general contractors.
• Adhere to project schedules to ensure that milestones are met.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Possess and safely operate an insured personal vehicle suitable and appropriate for the job. (a truck, van, SUV, or car capable of pulling your own trailer with a hitch)
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• PREFER 3 or more years in Beverage (CSD/Beer) industry background. Including resets and merchandising of beverage coolers and center store products.
• Prior management and/or recruiting experience desired.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Required to possess a smartphone device capable of submitting payroll and reports.
• Must possess a PC or laptop.
• Must be able to travel frequently as described above within your assigned business unit or other territories as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
