Position Description

The marketing coordinator is a key member of the Project Development team. This position will develop and design proposal content, client qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral and interpretate request for proposals (RFPs) and qualifications (RFQs).


Position Qualifications:

  • BA degree in marketing or related field of study
  • 4 years of marketing experience and /or a combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and pay close attention to details.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient research skills and verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist in designing and developing responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and qualifications (RFQs).
  • Assist in preparation for presentations and interviews to ensure the theme, technical scope, staff qualifications, and experience are accurate and graphically pleasing.
  • Create marketing materials; including informational documents, qualification packages, advertisements, displays, and brochures.
  • Maintain company-wide databases.
  • Develop, design, and execute basic proposal materials including writing, editing, verifying, and formatting proposal information.
  • Reviews and edits proposals and other marketing materials to ensure they are accurate, timely, high quality and well written.
  • Design and develop promotional materials and advertisements.
  • Organize and maintain project data and photography.
  • Design and develop award submittals
  • Coordinate public relations initiatives, including social media content and participation.

Based on position location, a cost of living adjustment (COLA) may also be included (subject to periodic review and adjustment).
