Job description
Part-time position for a 6-month contract with a high probability of extension for a long time with a federal contract. Hours are 7-4 pm and require a visit to another building in the city of Flint, MI
- Responsible for performing all preventive maintenance work related to plumbing, architectural and minor electrical assets as described on the asset list preventive maintenance plan
- Responsible for electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance of the facilities.
- Responsible for having materials and tools onsite and in advance for the preventive maintenance
- Responsible for responding to urgent tenant or GSA issues and coordinating resolution with the Supervisor
- Performing the filling of the work orders/ inspection forms preventive maintenance checklist related to plumbing electrical and architectural work
- Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklist for equipment not necessarily under its primary duties if deemed necessary by the corporation
