Job Description

Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Mill Valley, CA

Hybrid Position: Monday Remote, Tuesday - Friday in Office

About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll work both independently, and with Aesthetic Nurse Injectors to deliver high quality care to patients. You'll assist the nurses with overseeing the patient schedule, maintain a clean clinical environment, order inventory, respond to patient inquiries and perform other administrative tasks.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and manage the schedule for the practice
  • Confidently educate patients on services and products that the Provider offers
  • Maintain a clean and adequately stocked clinical environment
  • Clean and prepare exam rooms based on scheduled procedures
  • Administrative tasks such as checking out patients, collecting payment, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and replying to non-clinical patient questions
  • Stocking inventory and supplies
  • Work with pharmaceutical reward programs to redeem patient points
  • Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance within the practice
  • Assist with special projects as needed

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in medspa, cosmetic surgery, or dermatology practice
  • Previous experience with EMR preferred
  • Must be able to multitask and perform tasks accurately and consistently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA
  • Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision
  • Excellent and professional patient interaction skills

Compensation:

  • $23 per Hour
  • This is a full-time position
