Conway Services is currently looking for a full time HVAC Marketing Representative!

Job duties:

• Direct marketing and presenting Conway Services products and services at major retail outlets by actively engaging retail associates and management ensuring the assigned stores meet budget targets for Conway Services products and services.
• Training retail associates to set runnable leads for Conway Services products and services to include but not limited to: HVAC, insulation, and plumbing.
• Ensure all assigned stores meet budget targets, by strengthening and fostering the relationship between Conway Services and the retail outlet.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Engage and train associates to set leads for Conway Services products and services

2) Ensure associates are up to date with the current products and services

3) Each store meets the minimum target of 5 AOR and 10 service leads per week

4) Identify 5 associate lead generators at each store and engage daily

5) Show presence at stores morning huddles and all organized events
