TRESU Americas, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the TRESU Group in Kolding, Denmark. We offer a line of products for the commercial printing industry. We build the most technologically advanced chambered doctor blade systems, coating and ink pumps, hot air drying, temperature-controlled chilling systems, printing plate cleaning equipment as well as full production presses for the Flexo industry. The qualified candidate will provide onsite service and remote technical support for all the TRESU product lines.

To further develop our service activities in the Americas, we are seeking to add an Entry or Intermediate Level Electrical Service Engineer to our TRESU Americas Service team based in Dallas, TX. Knowledge of troubleshooting and servicing electrical controls systems for automation machinery in manufacturing and production market is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Troubleshoot and upload / download PLC and HMI Programs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Panasonic and B&R). Familiar with Ladder Logic and Structure Text (ST)
  • Troubleshoot and parametrize VFDs including Eaton, Yaskawa, Siemens, ABB
  • Capable of reading electrical drawings and explore build of materials to research part numbers for the spare parts team
  • Ability to provide remote support
  • Sales acumen
  • Fluent in English, Spanish a plus

  • Identify customer requirements
  • Read technical drawings
  • Communicate effectively with customer and colleagues. Document and present findings to customers and colleagues
  • Record, analyze and interpret test data
  • Troubleshoot and service equipment
  • Willing to travel at least 50 % or more in and outside of the USA. Mainly but not limited to Americas
  • Available afterhours to be part of the global helpdesk involved in remote troubleshooting over phone and remote connection to the equipment
