CSR / Admin Assistant / Dispatcher
Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service / communication / phone skills, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Strong computer / software skills a must, experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook preferred. Experience with Service Titan a plus. Duties include taking / booking service calls, maintenance contract administration and scheduling, A/R, rebate administration and product registration. This is a full-time position with a generous compensation package that includes competitive wages commensurate with experience, PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, vision and short-term disability insurance, and 401k with company match.
