  • Provide manufacturing and preparation support for client meetings, including binding presentations
  • Assist in maintaining client records and compliance support documentation
  • Assist us with maintaining our CRM system

  • You are proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel and may also have mastered many other industry related programs & databases in your previous positions/experiences.
  • Technical savvy with phone, computer, and CRM systems
  • A two-year college degree is preferred

We offer –

A supportive, professional, and collegiate environment, with plenty of learning opportunities and possibility of growth. Benefits include paid time off, 11 paid holidays, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) safe harbor and profit-sharing. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 4:30. We also have flexibility for working from home for special circumstances.

NOTE: Selected applicant will be subject to eligibility requirements including fingerprinting, passing a background and credit check.

To apply-

Submit your resume along with a cover letter in response to this posting. We’d love to see your communication skills! Please feel free to also include your wage/salary requirements (commensurate with your experience).
