About the Role:

• As a Benefits Service Advisor, you will work with small to mid-size employer groups.
• Your duties will range from creating custom open enrollment materials, building enrollment portals, answering benefit questions, and researching billing and claim issues.

Skills and Experience:

• We are looking for a professional with one year of clerical, office or related work experience.
• We need a quick learner that is eager to build relationships with our clients through a responsive, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and computer skills-particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word-are critical to your success.
• Texas L&H license is required. If you are not currently licensed, you will be required to obtain your Texas L&H license within your first year of employment.
• Experience with Applied EPIC and Ease is a plus.
