We are hiring Banquet Servers, Bartenders and Facility Attendants. The banquet server is responsible for providing quality service to members and guests in a timely and efficient manner during banquets, meetings and special functions. Primary duties include serving various courses of food and beverage items to guests at tables for a seated event or providing assistance during a buffet style setting. Other duties include being involved in the setup and clean up for events. Performs other duties as assigned.

The Bartender is responsible for providing members and guests with quality beverage service by ensuring that all guests are served promptly and efficiently. Primary duties may include: taking beverage orders, preparing drinks, handling monetary transactions and maintaining workstation. Performs other duties as assigned.

The Facilities Attendant is responsible for performing assigned tasks to set-up and clean up banquets, events and house functions. This position may also be operating house sound equipment, projectors, CD, DVD, microphone and PA systems. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Robson Ranch Arizona located in the Eloy/Casa Grande area is a master planned active adult community for the 55+ population . The community offers superb recreational amenities where employees work to provide services for the residents. Among these are the Robson Ranch Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole championship golf course, pro shop, restaurant and lounge and practice facility.
