Job description
As an Accounts Receivable Representative, you will deliver professional customer service to clients, customers, and employees alike. This is a full-time, onsite position with a Monday – Friday schedule. This is not a remote position and pays $17-$18 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic account reconciliations
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, printing, reporting, and emailing
- Place calls to customers and take payments over the phone
- Collaborate with appropriate personnel in resolving customer concerns and queries
- Maintain accurate client account and payment records
Qualifications
- 1+ year customer service
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented and able to quickly perform basic math calculations
- Previous Account Receivable experience preferred
- Sedona experience a plus but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft software and ability to quickly learn new programs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
