ADS US is looking for an Accounting Clerk. This is a Part-time hourly position, reporting to the Group Controller. Set schedule of 24-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities-

• Data Entry
• Accounts Payable
• Production Order Entry
• Assist with Inventory
• Assist with Phone Calls and Emails
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ Years of Accounting experience at least at the clerk level
• Associates Degree Preferred
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, 10-key by touch
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to interact with customers, vendors, and employees in a professional manner
• Reliable Transportation
