Job Title: Wellness Director

Salary: 70,000-80,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Wellness Director to oversee the health and wellness programs of our residents. The Wellness Director will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that promote physical and mental well-being for our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors, a deep understanding of their unique health and wellness needs, and a passion for improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement wellness programs that address the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents, including fitness programs, social activities, and mental health support.
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure that programs are tailored to meet the needs of each resident.
• Manage the wellness budget, ensuring that programs are financially sustainable.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as health coaches and fitness instructors, to provide a comprehensive wellness program.
• Develop and deliver wellness training to employees and family members, promoting a culture of wellness and self-care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest health and wellness trends and incorporate them into the nursing home's wellness programs.

Requirements:

• LVN License in CA
• 1 yr experienced of Working in a Senior Facility
• 2yrs Leadership role
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passionate towards Geratrics
• Understanding of health and wellness trends and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.
