AECOM has a position available for a Senior Visualization Specialist to be based remotely or at any AECOM office preferably on the East Coast due to project locations. Office locations could include New York, NY, Chelmsford, MA, and Boston, MA.

In this role the qualified candidate will join our expanding Offshore Wind Strategic Initiative Team to focus on the continued growth of our Visual Assessment Program. In this role you will also assist with business development, technical leadership, program Subject Matter Expertise, client account management and program execution.

Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

• The specific objective of expanding AECOM’s leadership in site design and visualization, including the specialized field of visual impact assessment for offshore wind projects.
• Work with multidisciplinary staff focusing on project delivery staff growth, business development, client pre-positioning, and proposal leadership as it relates to visualization impact assessment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS in Landscape Architecture, Biology, Natural Resources, Marine Biology, Environmental Science or related field.8+ years of relevant experience in the energy sector, power permitting and impact assessment and permitting or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 20%.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a good driving record

• Relocation is not offered for this position

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MS in Landscape Architecture, Biology, Natural Resources, Marine Biology, Environmental Science or related field is preferred.10+ years of relevant experience in Visualization Impact Assessment the energy sector.
• Experienced in site design and permitting in support of development projects with a focus on offshore wind support for Construction and Operation Plans for the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management.
