Job Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Mercy Housing Technical Services, including our Service Desk, Infrastructure and Systems Administration, and Property Technology teams. This position is operationally responsible for ensuring the availability and integrity of all IT systems and infrastructure, and will be required to make technical decisions and work closely with cross functional business areas and other teams within IT. Responsible for aligning technology vision with the business strategy by developing innovative solutions, provisioning and managing appropriate state of the art technologies, and ensuring cost effective and efficient operations. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Pay: 160,000-180,000/year DOE

Duties:

  • Provide technical leadership to design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable, cloud-based systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through monitoring of Mercy Housing systems, infrastructure platform, and technologies
  • Establish policies, procedures and standards governing information systems and technology investment and communicate them throughout organization
  • Ensure customer service excellence across all areas of responsibility

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Seven (7) years of related leadership experience managing multiple cross functional teams and projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Expertise in enterprise infrastructure support, vendor management, and Help Desk oversight

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficiency and demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and information technology, including management of networked environments, cloud services, storage systems, operating systems, packaged software, web-based applications, data warehouse, relational database environment, MS BI tools, SharePoint BI center, information security, disaster recovery architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to breakdown an issue and methodically troubleshoot the problem.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to know when to lead, coach, mentor, and delegate.
