Looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals willing to work in a seasonal position providing service from the heart for TUI International guests vacationing in the Sunshine State!
Orlando Customer Service – HOTEL AND DIGITAL RESORT REPRESENTATIVE
Who are we looking for:
- Assist international guests through the digital self-service and sales tools available.
- Coordinate daily contact with guests (face-to-face or digitally).
- Assist with concerns and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work in a dynamic environment with enthusiasm
- Can provide quality customer service.
- Are well-groomed, friendly, with positive characteristics.
- Enjoys working in a diverse environment, with attention to details.
- Works well independently and stay on task with little supervision.
- Background in customer service or event planning a plus.
- Able to work weekdays and weekends with a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable using/ working with electronic devices and communicating via email.
- Fluent in the English language and able to read, speak and write.
- At least 21 years of age with a valid Driver's License.
What we provide:
$19.00 per hour + plus commission
Car allowance starting $100 monthly
