Pricing Analyst
TruckLoad Pricing experience is required for this position

Bay & Bay is a national leading trucking and logistics company based in Minnesota with multiple locations. Since 1941, we have been providing customers with transportation solutions across the United States. We have an opportunity for a Pricing Analyst in our Brokerage division located in our corporate office in Eagan MN. The purpose of this position is to audit and analyze our pricing database, and maintain the pricing tools referenced by our Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Management teams. This role requires someone with advanced Excel skills, who is detail-oriented and has database analysis skills. This role also requires someone with good communication skills, able to multi-task and be dependable.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Acquire data, scrub, and import to internal system
- Complete customer bids & spot quote requests
- Conduct data exports and exchanges
- Build and transfer information for templates and programmed analysis
- Scrub lanes for accuracy and geo-viability/mapping
- Review data for reasonableness
- Convert customer terms and final rate presentation and/or imports
- Conduct audits and maintain database
- Analyze historical database and publications for trends
Education and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TruckLoad Pricing experience is required
- High interest in mathematics, business, or analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Detail oriented, able to manipulate and organize large amounts of data
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Innovative attitude, while being systems strong
- Ability to multi-task and achieve deadlines
- Database analysis skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
