IMMEDIATELY HIRING! Training Coordinator FULL-TIME Opportunity

Starting pay $22.00 per hour

JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring for a Training Coordinator that will be responsible for new hire training and general orientation to support cash improvement goals, as well as employee retention and quality assurance objectives. This includes course delivery, curriculum improvement, outcome analyses, and monthly performance evaluation for all call center team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct training classes for all new hires, along with remedial training for existing team members. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the call center management team to determine priorities and overall organizational needs.
  • Assess class participants progress and provide constructive feedback to participants in order to enhance the learning process.
  • Create motivational activities and incentives to facilitate the learning process.
  • Prepare a wide variety of other reports, letters, memoranda, policies, operational manuals, statistical charts, and other materials from rough draft, notes, transcribing recordings, using a word processor, graphics and data base programs
  • Complete quality assurance tasks to ensure compliance of policies and procedures. Schedule monitoring and audit activities to ensure that an appropriate representative sample of volume per agent is achieved.
  • Establish and maintain database to track training participants, activities, outcomes, and monthly performance evaluations. Report results on a regular basis.
  • Serve as recording secretary, as needed, to the Training/Safety/EMS Committees: preparing the agenda, notifications, assembling background materials; and taking minutes of meetings, and processing post-meeting documents.
  • Maintain CPR/First Aid certificates; maintain database.
  • Assist in the hiring process by collecting, organizing and maintaining training files, electronic and paper.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Associates degree in Business Administration/Management or at least 5 years' experience as an administrator preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in departmental policies, procedures and computer technology.
  • MS Office experience.
  • Type a minimum of 40 wpm.
  • Experience in group training is desirable.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
