Job Summary

Reliable Toyota Lexus BMW of Springfield & Audi Springfield, located in Springfield MO, is in need of an experienced Title Clerk. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, proficient multi-tasker with a positive attitude and is a team player that wants to help support our dealership staff and valued customers. We have a family atmosphere, with an emphasis on teamwork, and pride ourselves in having the highest Employee Satisfaction around!

The Title Clerk Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

· Complete and verify documents are correct on customer paperwork

· Mailing title work to customers

· Assist customers with title issues and questions

· Order duplicate titles

· Forward all funding paperwork to Lenders

· File all liens, including MO, KS & AR.

· Complete 8300 forms

· Update and maintain accurate dealership specific documents and spreadsheets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Auto Title processing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
