Summary
This position provides management of system clinical services support and resources for Supply Chain operations utilizing Single Point of Entry and Value Analysis. It includes the direct supervision of Clinical Resource Specialists and Project Conversion and Trial Analyst positions. Proficiently and professionally leads networking and collaborative efforts with system teams, leadership, and physicians utilizing competent and complete communications. Is primarily responsible for the integrity of the system’s supply chain formulary management and builds relational capacity throughout the system. Provides leadership and mentoring for CRM team as well as SCORe. Provides facilitation of safety and quality processes & initiatives. Responsible for the leadership and facilitation of Single-Point-of-Entry, Value Analysis, literature review & analysis process within Parkview Health.
Education
Must have Master’s in Nursing.
Licensure/Certification
Must have current RN Licensure by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
Experience
Minimum of five to seven years experience in progressively responsible clinical analysis and supply chain related operations. Previous leadership in clinical operations and experience with Information Technology Systems.
Other Qualifications
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; and project management skills. Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations programs, operations, and processes. Demonstrates sound analytic ability and solid business acumen. Must demonstrate familiarity with laws and regulations that impact healthcare. Must possess exemplary customer service and communication skills, and strong program/coworker development skills.
