Pick and Pack Workers in Gordonsville, VA!
1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:00PM
13.50/hr Monday-Friday
PAID WEEKLY, NO INTERVIEWS, DIRECT STARTS!
Position Summary: In this position, the employee is responsible for meeting production requirements, following appropriate instructions and safety methods while performing basic general warehouse duties.
- Selects the correct size carton based on order.
- Places labels on cartons properly oriented for system scanners.
- Picks and prepares product for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity, ISBN and type of product. Inspects books visually before placing in shipping carton.
- Records the proper adjustments for short shipments on the carton.
- Moves from location to location when work is slow or heavy.
- Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area.
- Conducts operations in a manner which promotes safety.
- Enforces established safety, health, and housekeeping policies and procedures in order to minimize injuries, loss of production time, and damage.
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
