Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining Work at Home equipment inventory for Walgreens employees. Employees will be responsible for fulfilling equipment replacements, work at home kits for new hires, and occasionally on-site employees. Make sure equipment that is sent to employees in in a working order. Responsible for outreach to employees regarding outstanding equipment. Provides resolutions to problems in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate Inventory of equipment used by employees
- Making sure shipments arrive and are sent on a daily basis
- Testing/Cleaning equipment that comes in to ensure functionality
- Outreach to existing er employees regarding equipment that is outstanding
- Work with IT partners to build a smooth workflow
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a customer service position.
- Basic level of technical aptitude (for example: understanding basic logical strategies behind finding solutions for technical programs)
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Word.
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic level PC skills.
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment that is constantly changing.
- Experience communicating both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails and reports) to various audiences (work group, team, company management, external clients).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Training is a plus but not required
- Experience in business applications and infrastructure technical support.
- Experience communicating in Spanish, is a plus but not required
