This position includes but is not limited to:
- Speaking to Customers over the phone and/or in person
- Answering in-bound phone calls, making out-bond calls- leaving a positive impression over the phone every time
- Scheduling vehicles service appointments for customers
- Updating and using customer data base tool
- Working closely with open communication with our Service & Parts Advisors, Service Technicians, and Management
- Providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
