Server Assistant/Food Runner

Founded in 1909, Hyde Park Golf & Country Club has evolved into one of the premier country clubs in Cincinnati. We are currently seeking part-time bussers! A part-time Server Assistant is needed, averaging 10-25 hours weekly. Consistent weekend availability is required.

Job Summary:

• Assists servers in their set-up, service and clean-up tasks.
• Assist bar manager with pre-shift bar santization and restocking inventory.
• Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish-washing area.
• Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen.
• Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items.
• Serve water as guests are seated, assist servers in carrying food trays and running appetizers, salads & entrees to tables.
• Cleans dining room and banquet areas.
• Stocks servers’ station with supplies.
• Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period.
• Dusts chairs before and after meals.
• Cleans and stores child high chairs and booster seats.
• Collects soiled linen from dining room; transfers to linen pick-up area.
• All other responsibilities as assigned by the F&B manager-on-duty.

Qualifications:

• Excellent oral communication (English required, Spanish is a plus) and interpersonal skills required.
• Friendly and supportive attitude towards all club members, guests, and coworkers.
• Attendance and timeliness are a requirement – must be able to work scheduled hours.
• 6+ months of recent restaurant bussing experience is required.
• Adhere to grooming and dress code standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
