As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for development of Oracle Health's Event Driven Architecture framework. The idea candidate will be technical strong and with an understand of large-scale event-driven, publish/subscribe models. In addition, they will be technically strong with performance tuning systems and with observability tools and practices.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of professional software development experience or 8 years with an advanced degree in Computer Science.
• Development experience in C++, Java, or similar OO languages.
• Development experience with messaging and/or publish/subscribe systems (ex. Kafka, Oracle AQ/TEQ, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Tibco) .
• Strong experience with event models and message structures, algorithms, concurrency, multi-threading, and object-oriented design.
• Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner to all audiences.
• Comfortable in a collaborative, agile development environment.
