Job Description

We are in search of a manager to lead our new Product Stability team. You will be responsible for successfully driving measurable deliverables and providing the leadership necessary for the team to successfully execute.

The team will be responsible for:

  • Tracking the performance of all Frontier products through both Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and known issue tracking

  • Working across the organization to identify opportunities to lower variable costs by addressing opportunities in the network

Your work will be analytical in nature, but your intelligence, drive, and interpersonal skills will be equally as important to your success. The work of you and your team will have a direct tangible impact on our customers, employees, and company performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities across our network to decrease operational costs and improve the customer experience
  • Working with front-line employees to identify network pain points and to help identify potential solutions
  • Working cross-functionally across the organization to build consensus and drive results

When you’re in the business of making connections, diversity and inclusion become part of your fiber. We believe in unlocking the power of diversity to drive digital connectivity, so if you feel your experience looks a little different, and you can add value, we encourage you to apply! #BuildGigabitAmerica

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated drive and desire to improve business performance.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytical thinking and data-based decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
  • Work experience in strategy, engineering, or analytics; high-rigor business analytics background preferred.
  • Experience assembling presentations for a wide variety of audiences.

  • Proficiency with large datasets and Spatial Analytics/Visualization tools preferred
  • Experience managing or leading teams preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of working experience or equivalent experience
  • Telecom industry expertise is not necessary - the team will be dedicated to teaching and mentoring the candidate towards becoming an expert in their own right.
