The Role

Integrated in the newly formed Digital Center of Excellence, the Senior Manager, Marketing, Measurement Services will be a member of the Digital Measurement team, working closely with local marketing teams to centralize and harmonize ways on how we measure and assess digital performance. This role will be seen as a trusted advisor on campaign setup and execution of best practices, while assuring all campaigns, tests, pilots, and initiatives are looked upon in a data-driven way. Supported by the Digital Account Director and the Digital Performance team, you will:

  • Be involved in the local marketing planning sessions, understanding the marketing calendar and how it ties to the different business objectives; you will then add a layer of measurement and KPIs to define how the actual performance of any given campaign will be tracked and what success of the campaign looks like
  • Develop a standardized, global measurement framework, including KPIs by channel, measurement methodology, and internal and external data sources, to understand campaign performance, and share results with the relevant teams, assuring that the information is presented in a digestible way
  • Based on learning, benchmarks, and what other countries/brands are doing, you will identify and prioritize tests for different campaigns being driven
  • Work on translating measurement plans into concrete testing plans, defining analytically sound set-up parameters to be able to accurately track performance; Upon confirming test results, build ways to further scale successful pilots, defining a clear scaling path that optimizes overall business impact
  • Catalog ongoing findings as they arise to inform internal playbooks to be used across brands and geographies
The Experience We Need
  • Experience in building a measurement plan framework, including proven experience aligning a media measurement plan framework that identifies what tests to undertake, what KPIs to consider, and understanding the detail behind the next big brand awareness campaign in order to determine how to best tackle the corresponding measurement plan
  • Ability to digest campaign results and transform difficult-to-understand large data sets into concrete, digestible data-driven recommendations
  • Having worked in either an agency or a global brand, you have shown experience in the marketing measurement area
  • Experience having mastered the art of simplifying the complex world of marketing measurement to people that don’t have the same depth of knowledge
