We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Manager of Internal Communications to create and execute executive communications and the associate communications and engagement strategy for our Lane Bryant and Cacique Intimates Corporate teams based in New Albany, Ohio. This role provides strategic counsel and communications coaching for top-level Lane Bryant and Cacique executives and is the lead message developer for all major internal communication initiatives to support the brand.
The successful candidate will be a member of a broader corporate communications and associate experience team that supports multiple brands. This role also maintains a relationship with communications partners in stores and public relations to ensure consistent communication across the Lane Bryant and Cacique brands.
Specific Responsibilities include:
  • In partnership with the Brand President and various business support teams, deliver relevant and timely messaging, events, and activities that support the mission, values, and goals of Lane Bryant and Cacique Intimates.
  • Develop the strategy to clearly and frequently communicate key business initiatives to motivate our teams and accelerate the growth of the business. This includes, but is not limited to, internal publications such as events, newsletters, emails, and intranet projects.
  • Work collaboratively with various functions across the organization to develop and maintain a communication calendar that reflects the needs of the business and supports our culture of communication and collaboration.
  • Partner with the Brand President and communications teams to develop and implement a consistent voice and tone for leadership communications.
  • Design and implement events including but not limited to monthly Town Halls, ongoing learning and development sessions, associate engagement events and celebrations.
  • Work closely with the communication teams to manage day-to-day change management communications, crisis communications, and enterprise messaging.
  • Maintain company intranet and publish daily content.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of related communications experience.
  • A Bachelor’s or advanced degree (communications, journalism or related field preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional and discrete manner
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with WordPress and Adobe Suite products is also preferred
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
