The Boise Office of Integra Realty Resources is seeking a senior level analyst (commercial real estate appraiser) with the ability to complete complex appraisal assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Integra Realty Resources is now the largest independent real estate valuation, counseling and advisory firm in the United States, with 54 local offices coast to coast. Senior Analysts are responsible for all aspects of the valuation process, including property inspection, data gathering/analysis, and report writing. Requirements
- Certified General Appraisal License
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial appraisal experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree or higher
