Description

• Respond to and execute OCC and FRB regulatory requests for information
• Respond to and execute assigned tasks for risk committee metric reporting support
• Track, manage, and coordinate regulatory responses with internal HNB stakeholders, including domain owners with the three business units, second line, Legal, and Audit stakeholders as necessary
• Track, manage, and coordinate internal audit progress updates with risk and other stakeholders
• Track, manage, and coordinate customer inquiry responses with risk officers and other stakeholders
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with risk partners through continuous and proactive communications
• Consolidate data and information from multiple partner sources into cohesive, executive level deliverable

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Min 3 years of experience in an operations, audit or risk related area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Problem Solving and Critical thinking with strong focus on detail

• Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Ability to Identify root cause and proper solution
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment, manage projects
• Strong proficiency in MS Office skills
• Experience with internal audit practices and procedures
• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft Teams collaboration tools
• Risk certification (CISM, CISA or CRISC) preferred or desire to achieve certification status
• Experience with Archer Technologies Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management Solution and/or Service Now Governance, Risk, & Compliance module
• Ability to create end-user reports and/or dashboards (e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.)
