Job description
Responsible for achievement of sales objectives, brand growth and development.» Responsibility for sales and marketing function at distributor and end user level.
» Develops, recommends, and manages execution of annual customer marketing plans.
» Evaluates promotion program opportunities, recommend high potential programs, and manage promotion spending.
» Creates monthly, annual, and long term volume forecasts.
» Conducts business analyses, recommend solutions, and implement initiatives.
» Leads projects to identify, research, and execute gap analysis reports for each distributor
» Prepares and communicates business reports to management.
» Handling and resolving customer complaints
» Organizes and delivers presentations for field sales to use in selling products to customers.
Requirements:
Qualifications :
» BA/BS required with emphasis in Sales and Marketing preferred
» 5+ years combined experience in sales and/or marketing required.
» Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and common e-mail programs; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong analytical skills.
» Ability to travel. Travel may be extensive.
