In-Store Deposit Administrator Job Description

What makes a successful Deposit Administrator at Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro? Playing an important role by managing daily cash flow for Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro. We are looking specifically for Deposit Administrators who can close out deposit at the end of each business day. This is a part time role with hours specifically from 7pm-10pm with the option to build out more hours in other roles in the business if desired.

Your Role on Our Team:

• Count and clean all cashier tills
• Count and balance change refund safe
• Balance and settle all cashiers
• Report out via email to Sr. Leadership Team discrepancies with cashier shortages/overages, discrepancies with the change fund safe that were found during your deposit shift and all refunds that were done.
• Administer any disciplinary notices necessary based on discrepancies
• Check on dining room cleanliness and guests needs every 30 minutes during the duration of the time on deposit
• Create a place of restoration for guests and team members
• Work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Following procedures to ensure Operation Excellence
• PREVIOUS DEPOSIT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Must be 16+ years old

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to potentially lift heavy objects when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
