- Compile lists of competitor companies that will most likely produce strong candidates for an array of open positions
- Identify and maintain profiles of individuals currently working with relevant organizations who are well-matched to the requirements of a particular search or may be a strong overall fit for a future opening
- Contact select professionals and corporations as needed
Requirements:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong research, planning, and organizational abilities
- Ability to fully understand all facets of the recruitment process and the markets Renascent Solutions serves
- Strong Office, database, and internet skills
- BA/BS highly desired. An appropriate combination of education and work experience will be considered
