The Position:
Responsible for providing direct nursing care as ordered by physician, outlined in the plan of care, and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations. Takes charge in leading and directing resident/patient care on assigned unit. Directly supervises Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure assignments and care are complete based on professional standards.
We are a small nursing home with lower patient to staff ratios which means more personalized care. You get to know your residents and families. You actually get to make connections!
Requirements:The Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Nurse with a valid license in the state of Tennessee.
